Project Description

The Elite Performance Academy is a 12-month program for participants selected by BHF mentors based on their leadership qualities and footballing ability to further develop their football skills, knowledge, and experiences to become role models for the wider community. The program includes an eight-day camp in Abu Dhabi and Dubai which is designed to deepen the participants’ leadership skills, cultural awareness and life skills. The participants are engaged in an intensive 10-day program under the watchful eye of Australian role model Bachar Houli.
