The Bachar Houli Foundation (BHF) has launched its first official podcast, BHF Talks.

BHF Talks is an interview series that will spotlight an array of interesting guests from the community sphere, including footballers, humanitarians, media personalities, and many more.

Each week, host Bilal Ali will be joined by a new guest to talk about their life, career, and work in the community.

The first episode features former Socceroo and active humanitarian Craig Foster.

Foster represented Australia 29 times at senior level and played in England for Portsmouth and Crystal Palace.

Nowadays, Foster is an ambassador for Amnesty International and focuses on assisting refugees and asylum seekers.

Speaking on the importance of BHF’s newest venture, General Manager Ali Fahour signified the importance of connecting with other members of the community to widen the reach of the Foundation.

“The podcast is an important platform to continue the education and connection with the broader community,” Fahour said.

“Hearing personal stories from inspirational people and shining a light on the talent within our community is why we developed the podcast.

“As we move into the digital world it provides us with another platform to highlight the incredible work of people in the community.”

The first episode of BHF Talks is available to stream now on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Spotify.
